The target audience of the trainings consisted of people that lacked the skills and the opportunity to use the Internet: 

  • families with children,
  • people in rural communities,
  • the elderly,
  • people with small and medium income.

The project was financed by EMT, Elion, Swedbank, SEB, Microsoft Estonia, as well as, with the support from the European Regional Development Fund. Additional support was provided by several partners and organisations including the Estonian Smartwork Association, local governments and non-profit organisations. 


A unified visual identity and a separate web-site (no longer available) was developed for the project.
